Please read before ordering.
Due to the popularity of this item, once your order has been placed (FIM will contact
you with your final confirmation) , deposit must be received by 7 days. Otherwise,
the order will be null and void and subject to an additional charge, when re-ordering.  
Completed figures must be paid in full within two weeks of finalization.  Any
COMPLETED figures remaining in stock after the two weeks, will incur an additional
$5/week, up to 4 weeks.  After 4 weeks (6 weeks total), deposit is forfeited.
No orders will taken by phone.  All orders must be submitted using this form.
ABSOLUTELY, NO WORK WILL BEGIN ON THE FIGURES
WITHOUT A DEPOSIT!!
Reference pictures are needed to customize your figure.  Frozen In Motion
Photography will not be responsible for obtaining these pictures.   Please
assure you are able to provide pictures.
Turnaround time approximately 30-45 days pending on orders.  You
will receive an estimate on completion time once deposit is received
and work has begun.
Each custom piece is considered a piece of original artwork
and is for hobby/ collector purposes only.  
Custom figures are not intended to be played with.
